I must say the Homemade Granola was pretty fantastic (recipe to be posted this week)! As far as dinner, we got a little off-schedule this week due to my son's birthday (my parents wanted to take the family out to dinner), so we still have to make last week's Chicken, Stuffed with Golden Onions & Fontina and the Apple Crisp tomorrow (Monday night). Everything was really tasty this week - I will probably make all of it again!
Additional main courses on the menu this week:
- Almond-Crusted Chicken with Spinach
- Mushroom Stroganoff (vegetarian)
- Shrimp Creole
- Indian Vegetable Stew (not sure if I'm ready for more Indian food yet after last night's biryani - I may change this to Creamy Spinach Soup - either way, it's vegetarian)
- Cedar-plank Tilapia
- Maple-Bourbon Pork Chops
Desserts for the week:
- Deceptively Delicious Brownies (made with spinach?? We shall see...)
- Cookies & Cream Angel Cake
Then only one more week to go!
- Lasagna (GREAT recipe - super easy, yummy and fast, for lasagna... Find it HERE - scroll down past the photos and actual post and you will see a window that allows you to print the recipe at card-size or full-page size.)
- Arugula-Apple Salad
- Creamy Seafood Casserole
- Blueberry-Buttermilk Coffeecake
Let me know if you want to see recipes posted for anything else you see here!

I love the fresh herbs, like you. :)
Thanks! I should maybe use a regular camera like TPW, but these are all from the cell for now. ;) Hope you find some good ones there - her Whiskey-Glazed Carrots are to DIE for. I made them for Thanksgiving one year and now I make them all year long (or once every other month or so). Just in case you ran across either of these, I'll save you some time: we weren't big fans of her creamed spinach or her sweet potatoes.
Happy cooking!

I'm going to try the Lasanga but instead of using dried herbs I'm going to use fresh ones. I HATE dried herbs. I'm going thru TPW now for more recipes. I like your menus! The picture make me soooo hungry!
